By becoming intimate with both your minutia and your big picture, I can layer a synchronized project process onto your existing routine with minimal disruption.
Visualizing a clear picture of your desired endgame allows me to orchestrate all of the essential pieces to bring your vision to reality.

The process is what drives our success. Once I understand your vision and culture, it’s my mission to create a unique process that will dovetail with your daily routine and provide a seamless project experience.
We start by reviewing your plans and schedule, fleshing out all the unknowns. Then we review the required resources, looking at individual timelines and building a detailed schedule for every task, resource and milestone. We’ll review the timeline to see how it supports your original vision, and make adjustments to ensure it does. Then we execute the plan, doing whatever it takes to achieve success.
Zero punch? Yes, that’s doable. We start with that goal, and build our plan to achieve that. A punch list that requires resolution at the end of a project may be an industry standard, but I believe if zero punch is our goal, it’s attainable.
A detailed and dynamic plan is the foundation that makes us efficient, nimble, and confident that we’ll always get the result we want.

My clients will always ask if something new and different is possible, and they should. We can't improve if we don't raise the bar. To reach new heights, new possibilities, we can't always rely on the way things have been done. We have to imagine that there is a way to do it, and then create that way.
To show is so much more rewarding and effective than to dictate. In my experience, people are more inspired to do something if they understand why they are doing it. It's worth the investment in each individual to show them the big picture. This is where their imagination takes flight and their personal and professional growth begins.

I’m Lisa Barr, founder of Onsight Project Management, a consulting firm based in the Bay Area. I have over 20 years of experience in the facilities management and contract furniture industries. I’ve managed facilities for Bank of America and Oracle Corporation. As a top performing sales executive at leading Silicon Valley and Bay Area contract furniture dealerships, I’ve led teams as Director of Global Accounts, working with clients such as Apple, LinkedIn, and Netflix.
Working independently as a consultant and owner of Onsight Project Management, I’ve worked with clients, contract furniture dealerships, facilities management companies, and furniture manufacturers to provide leadership, mentorship, and my relentless brand of excellence to the projects, processes, and teams I work with.
My "whatever it takes" philosophy has culminated in a number of unique partnerships and alliances formed to provide clients with the exact recipe of people and services to best fit their specific needs. I think and work outside the box, and I don’t believe one size fits all, which benefits my clients by securing them the exact results they require.
